Munster Open 2005

Held in conjunction with Warpcon on the 22nd and 23rd January 2005. This event was a 400 AP, DBM competition with the following special "theme"......

Light Horse is for Wimps......... !!!!!

We had an excellent turn out of players for this event - 14 and a non-playing Umpire. Many thanks to Padraig Bracken for his efforts as umpire. The winner of a hard fought competition was Brian Bull, with an Early Samurai army. Second was Donal Coghlan with Normans. Donal also won the RINIWA top dog award for punching above his weight !! Cillian Cleland won the door prize of a Carthaginian army (unpainted) and Mick Hession received a nice bottle as the encouragement award.

Special thanks must go to Warpcon for letting us attend again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Cork next year. In the meantime below are some pictures of the event, clicking on the thumbnails will bring up a full version.
